October 2021

A Note from our Founder & Chief Goodness Officer

Hello everyone!

We are so excited to share all the behind the scenes goodness we have been working on. Community of Hope is alive and well, we are stronger than ever.  We hired our very first employee this year, WOW!  Up until that point, our team was volunteer based and working early in the morning, late at night, and on the weekends to make Community of Hope a reality for our homeless friends.  We are ready to make this vision a reality!

Our primary focus for 2021 has been fundraising, grant writing, creating awareness, developing partnerships, and networking.  The Community of Hope Team is searching for 50 acres in our community to begin building a residential master planned community.  We are searching in Madison County as zoning and coding will allow for us to have tiny homes and animals on property. We want to share with you our first capital campaign amount with you of $1.5 million. This amount will allow us to purchase land and cover some initial development cost.

We are calling all difference makers to help us take that giant first step for providing systemic change for our homeless friends with this land purchase.  This property is tremendously important.  It serves as the catalyst out of the streets and camps and into a community they can call home.  We need each and everyone of you to help us bring them home.  Together, we can bring our homeless friends home. Join us! Click the button below and take action now!

Here's to Goodness!
